3.27. Removal of support of the power unit

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Work is carried out on a viewing ditch or the elevator.

For dismantle of a pillow of the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit...

... a cap key "on 17" we turn off a nut of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm (the generator is removed for descriptive reasons).

Cap key "on 17" we turn off a nut of fastening of a pillow to a cross-piece arm.

We remove a reinforced washer.

We substitute an adjustable emphasis under an arm of the generator and we raise the power unit.

Wringing out an assembly shovel a pillow, we bring its hairpin out of an engine mount arm opening...

... also we remove a pillow of the right support.

Similarly we remove a pillow of the left support of the power unit. At the same time:

... we turn off a nut of fastening of a pillow to an arm of a cross-piece a head "on 17"...

... and we substitute a support under a bolt of fastening of the pallet of a case (on the left side).

We remove a pillow of the left support of the power unit.

If on pillows of support there are cracks, gaps or peelings of rubber, replace pillows new.
We establish pillows of the left and right support of the power unit in the return sequence.

At installation of a pillow the aligning hairpin corbel (it is located on the one hand pillows)...

... has to enter the corresponding opening of an arm of a cross-piece.

For removal of a back support of the power unit...

... a cap key "on 17" we weaken a bolt of fastening of a support to a cross-piece of a back suspension bracket of the power unit.

Head "on 13" we turn off four nuts of fastening of a cross-piece to a body.

Having finally turned off a bolt of fastening of a support to a cross-piece...

... we take out it.

Head "on 13" we turn off two nuts of fastening of an arm of a support to a back cover of the transmission.

We take out a support.

For dismantle of a cross-piece of a back suspension bracket of the power unit we remove it from hairpins, we turn and we remove its left edge because of the forward driveshaft.

We remove a cross-piece of a back suspension bracket of the power unit.

We establish a cross-piece and a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit in the return sequence.
