19.7. Removal and dismantling of an arm of the pendular lever

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Work is carried out on a viewing ditch or the elevator.

We remove the right wheel. We press off spherical fingers of drafts from openings of the pendular lever: average (see Removal of average draft) and side (see Removal of side draft).

Head "on 17" we turn off the lower bolt of fastening of an arm of the pendular lever to the right longeron, …

… holding a nut from a provorachivaniye a cap key of the same dimension.

Similarly we turn off the top bolt of fastening of an arm.

We take out bolts …

… also we remove an arm of the pendular lever.

We clamp the pendular lever in a vice.

Passatizhami we take out the forelock …

… and a key "on 19" we turn off an adjusting nut.

We remove a washer …

… and top washer of the case of an arm.

We remove the arm case from a lever axis.

We remove the top sealant from the arm case …

… and lower.

We take out the top plastic plug of an axis …

… and lower.
For replacement of an axis of the lever …

… a key "on 22" we turn off самоконтрящуюся a nut, holding a lever axis from a provorachivaniye a key "on 13".

We take out an axis from a lever opening.

We remove the lower washer.

Details of an arm of the pendular lever.

It is possible to replace plastic plugs and an axis of an arm of the pendular lever on the car, without turning off bolts of fastening of an arm to a longeron.
Having disconnected spherical fingers of average and side drafts from the pendular lever, we turn off an adjusting nut …

… also we take out the pendular lever with an axis …

… and plastic plugs.

We collect an arm in the return sequence. Самоконтрящуюся we tighten a nut of an axis the required moment (see the Moments of an inhaling of threaded connections). We grease plastic plugs and we fill a cavity between them in an arm Litol-24 lubricant. We establish the top washer by vydavka up. After tightening of an adjusting nut the lever has to turn under the influence of force of 9,8-19,6 N (1–2 kgfs) enclosed on its end. If the effort of turn of the lever exceeds this size, then we turn off an adjusting nut, we raise the top washer and again we tighten a nut so that to achieve necessary effort of turn of the lever.
