18.1.13. Replacement of hug bearings

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Work is carried out on a viewing ditch or the elevator. We hang out a forward part of the car and we remove a wheel.
We disconnect a support from a guide of blocks (see Dismantling of the forward brake mechanism) …

… also we tie up them a wire to the top lever.

We turn off an adjusting nut of hug bearings (see Check and adjustment of a gap in hug bearings).

We take out the conical plug.

Chisel we unbend edge of a lock plate of a nut of forward fastening of the lever to a rotary fist.

Similarly raskontrivay nut of back fastening.

Cap key "on 19" we turn off a nut of back fastening of the lever to a rotary fist.

Similarly we turn off a nut of forward fastening.

We remove a lock plate.

Having removed the lever from bolts, we take away it from a rotary fist.

We disconnect brake hoses from a rotary fist (see Removal of a forward brake hose).
We disconnect fastening of the top and lower spherical support from levers (see Removal of the top spherical support, and Removal of the lower spherical support).

We remove a rotary fist from shliyets of the case of the external hinge of the drive of a forward wheel assembled with spherical support, stupichny knot and a brake disk.

We separate a rotary fist and a nave with a brake disk.

At difficulty we clamp a rotary fist in a vice in separation of details …

… and a drift from soft metal we beat out a nave.

Now it is possible to take out bolts of fastening of the lever to a rotary fist.

For separation of a nave and a brake disk navorachivay a nut on a hairpin …

… also we beat out a hairpin.

Having turned off a nut, we take out a hairpin.

Similarly we dismantle other hairpins.

We separate a nave and a brake disk.

By chisel it is forced down an antisplash ring.

Key "on 10" we turn off a bolt of fastening of the protection cover …

… also we remove a casing.

For dismantle of epiploons and hug bearings we clamp a rotary fist in a vice.

We hook the screw-driver an epiploon …

… also we take out it.

We take a ring.

We take out an internal ring of the external bearing with a separator and rollers.

Similarly we take out an epiploon, a ring and an internal ring of other (internal) bearing with a separator and rollers.

To small beards we beat out an external ring of the external bearing …

… also we take out it.

Similarly we beat out an external ring of the internal bearing.
We make assembly in the return sequence.
Before installation of bearings we clear an internal cavity of a rotary fist of old lubricant.
Suitable piece of a pipe we press …

… external rings of bearings.

We put in a cavity of a rotary fist and in separators of bearings of 40 g of Litol-24 lubricant.

Suitable piece of a pipe we press epiploons.

Having established an antisplash ring, …

… the chisel pressed in several places ring metal into a pro-point of a rotary fist.

Having connected a brake disk to a nave, …

… a drift from soft metal we press hairpins.

Heads of hairpins have to be turned by the milled surface to a cylindrical surface of a brake disk.

That bolts of fastening of the lever to a rotary fist at its installation on the car did not drop out, …

… navorachivay on them nuts.

Having inserted a shaft of the external hinge of the drive into nave vents...

… we mount a rotary fist.

Upon termination of assembly we regulate a gap in bearings (see Check and adjustment of a gap in hug bearings).
