17.5. Replacement of an epiploon of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Work is carried out on a viewing ditch or the elevator. We hang out the back bridge.

We merge oil from a case of the back bridge (see Replacement of oil in the back bridge).
We remove both half shafts (see Removal of a half shaft and replacement of an epiploon).
We disconnect the back driveshaft from a flange of a reducer of the back bridge (see Removal of the driveshaft).

We take away the driveshaft from a reducer flange.

We tie up the driveshaft for a hinge fork to the top longitudinal bar.

By dynamometer it is turned clockwise the leading gear wheel for a nut of fastening of a flange and we define the moment of resistance to rotation of a gear wheel.

We insert bolts into two nearby openings of a flange and we screw on them nuts.

Having inserted the powerful screw-driver between bolts, we hold a flange from a provorachivaniye, and a head "on 24" we turn off a nut of fastening of a flange.

The flange can also be recorded an assembly shovel.

We remove a nut of fastening of a flange and a washer.

The hammer with plastic brisk we force down a flange from shliyets of the leading gear wheel …

… also we remove it.

The Shlitsevy screw-driver we hook an epiploon of the leading gear wheel …

… also we take out it.

We grease a working surface of a new epiploon with Litol-24 lubricant …

… also we press it in a reducer case nest a suitable piece of a pipe.

We establish a flange and a washer on the leading gear wheel. Holding a flange, we tighten a nut of its fastening m 118–255 N.' moment (12–26 кгс.м), periodically checking the moment of resistance to rotation of the leading gear wheel (a gear wheel provorachivaniye a dynamometer clockwise).
If originally measured moment of resistance to rotation (see a photo 3) was not lower than 59,0 N. cm (6 кгс.см), then the new moment has to be more than this size on 9,8–19,6 N. cm (1–2 кгс.см). If the initial moment was less than 59,0 N. cm (6 кгс.см), then we tighten a nut of fastening of a flange before achievement of the moment of resistance to rotation of 59,0-88,0 N. of cm (6–9 кгс.см), without exceeding at the same time the moment of tightening of 118-255 N. of m (12–26 кгс.м). If when tightening a nut the moment of resistance to rotation of the leading gear wheel exceeded 88,0 N. of cm (9 кгс.см) that indicates the overestimated preliminary tightness of bearings, we replace the expansion plug of a reducer (see Dismantling of a reducer of the back bridge) and again we carry out adjustment.
We make further assembly and installation of knots in the return sequence.
