16.2. Removal of drives of forward wheels

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Work is carried out on a viewing ditch or the elevator.

We show operations on the example of the right drive – its dismantle is more labor-consuming.
We merge oil from a reducer of the forward bridge (see Replacement of oil in a reducer of the forward bridge).
We turn off an adjusting nut of hug bearings and we remove the conical plug (see Replacement of hug bearings).
We disconnect the lower fastening of the shock-absorber from a basic cup of a spring of the lower lever (see Removal of the shock-absorber).
We disconnect the lower spherical support from the lower lever of a forward suspension bracket (see Removal of the lower spherical support).

We take a rotary fist aside and we bring a shaft of the case of the external hinge out of a nave.

Cap key "on 19" we turn off a bolt of fastening of an arm of the forward bridge to the right arm of a support of the power unit …

… also we take out a bolt.

Head "on 13" we turn off three nuts of fastening of an arm of the forward bridge and a cover of the bearing of the case of the internal hinge to a reducer case.

We take away an arm of fastening of the forward bridge …

… also we hook an assembly shovel a cover of the bearing of the case of the internal hinge for inflows.

We bring the case of the internal hinge out of a reducer …

… also we remove the right drive assembled.

Connection of a cover of the bearing and case of a reducer is condensed with laying.

Laying – asymmetrical therefore it is established on reducer case hairpins only in one situation.

The left drive is removed similarly except that three nuts …

… fix only a bearing cover.

We install the drive in the return sequence.
