15.6. Dismantling of a reducer of the forward bridge

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before removal we clear a reducer of dirt. The dismantled reducer is established on a workbench.

Cap key "on 10" we turn off eight nuts of fastening of a forward cover to a reducer case.

We uncover...

… and laying.

Head "on 10" we turn off a bolt of fastening of a lock plate of the left cover of the bearing of a box of differential …

… also we remove a plate.
Similarly we remove a lock plate of the right cover.

Head "on 19" we turn off four nuts of fastening of covers of bearings of a box of differential.

We remove from washer hairpins.

Having hooked the screw-driver, …

… we uncover the left bearing of a box of differential.

For removal of a cover of the right bearing we roll a bolt in an opening of fastening of a lock plate …

… and, having pulled for a bolt, we uncover.

We take out adjusting nuts.

We remove a differential box assembled with the conducted gear wheel of the main transfer.

Removal of the conducted gear wheel and dismantling of differential of a reducer of the forward bridge are similar to the corresponding works described in the section Dismantling of a Reducer of the Back Bridge.
We take from a reducer case nest an epiploon of the leading gear wheel (see Replacement of an epiploon of the leading gear wheel).

We remove from a shaft of the leading gear wheel a maslootrazhatel.

We take out an internal ring of the back bearing of the leading gear wheel with a separator and rollers.

We take out the leading gear wheel with an internal ring, a separator, the expansion plug and rollers of the forward bearing.

Striking blows with the hammer to a drift, we beat out an external ring of the forward bearing …

… also we take out it.

Similarly we dismantle an external ring of the back bearing.
At dribble of oil from under the lower cover of a case of a reducer of the forward bridge …

… a head "on 10" we turn off eight bolts of its fastening.

We uncover …

… and sealing laying.

Check of technical condition of details see in the section Dismantling of a Reducer of the Back Bridge. Besides, we check a condition of bearings of cases of internal hinges of drives. On seats of a case of a reducer there should not be cracks and wear tracks. We replace the worn-out and damaged details new.

We press new external rings of bearings of the leading gear wheel suitable pieces of pipes.

Assembly and adjustment of a reducer of the forward bridge are similar to the operations described in the section Dismantling of a Reducer of the Back Bridge.
For installation of a preliminary tightness of bearings of a box of differential consistently it is also evenly tightened both adjusting nuts of bearings before achievement of distance between covers of 0,08-0,11 mm.
We replace sealing laying of covers of a reducer with new. Before installation sealant is applied on laying.
