 PERFORMANCE ORDER

The gap between a pusher and the piston of the main cylinder, necessary for full switching off of coupling, has to make 0,1–0,5 mm. For adjustment …

… a key "on 10" we weaken a coupling pedal course limiter lock-nut, holding the limiter a key of the same dimension (the pedal knot is for descriptive reasons removed).

Rotating the limiter, we try to obtain the required gap.
At the same time the free wheeling of a pedal of coupling makes 0,4–2,0 mm.
The free wheeling of a pusher of the working cylinder has to be 4–5 mm. We apply a simple template as which we use, for example, a pencil to its definition.

Work is carried out on a viewing ditch or the elevator.

We remove an ottyazhny spring and we rest a pencil end face against a lug of the lower fastening of the working cylinder of coupling. On a pencil we put one tag opposite to the end of the fork (pressed to an adjusting nut), and the second tag – more to the right, at distance of 5 mm from the first.

We take away a coupling switching off fork back against the stop, that is we choose a free wheeling of a pusher of the working cylinder (the forward driveshaft is for descriptive reasons removed).

At a normal free wheeling of a pusher the fork will rise opposite to the second tag. Otherwise adjustment is necessary:

key "on 13" we turn off a lock-nut, holding an adjusting nut a key "on 17";

holding passatizham a pusher, we rotate an adjusting nut, trying to obtain a normal free wheeling of a pusher. Zakontrivayem connection.
After adjustments the free wheeling of a pedal of coupling until the beginning of its switching off has to make 25–35 mm.
Finally we check work of coupling at the working engine: at the squeezed-out coupling of transfer have to switch easily, and the car – to start at a pedal otpuskaniye from a floor on one-two thirds of its course.
